Recently, I came across this site called menus4moms.com and their free tool for menu planing. The Menu Planning course for busy moms, teaches how to spend less time and also save money planning your day to day meals. I find it very informative and c'mon it is FREE!

Not only Moms, it is useful for every women/men who spends time in cooking and packing lunch. I found their site packed with a lot of information for moms. Check it out yourself.
