corn seekh kabab and cilantro yogurt dip ,this is a good source of protien and calcium as well as some iron from the greens,with some aroma of cilantro,which helps too.

Hi Sangeeth, i am sure i can use a few from this list. all the recipes sound yummy. thank you for this event, lot of info and dishes to try :) i still have 4 months to go so i have a lot of time to try them out.
